At BioVantage our mission is to leverage biological processes (which use algae and microbials in creative and natural ways) to replace classical approaches to reclaming wastewater and, over time, to reclaim other valuable constituents, such as lipid oil, biochemicals, heavy metals, radioisotopes, and protein. We believe that accelerating nature makes more sense than using chemicals or classical, power hungry approaches, and that mining our waste streams may be bigger than the "gold rush of 1849". Strategically, we are focused on water reclamation to help our country meet its discharge goals (i.e., clean up our lakes and rivers), reduce greenhouse gases, and most importantly to reduce our energy consumption. Whether municipal, industrial (i.e., from oil and gas, mining, food and beverage, paper and pulp, or other industries), or agricultural waste streams, we have solutions to remediate wastes and reclaim valuable water resources. We can't wait to deploy these technologies globally, and welcome your inquiries. Nature can do this better, faster, and cheaper with just a little nudge in the right direction. (Now there is some serious science involved.) Our commercialization focus and broad base of experience in commercialization has driven us towards a fully automated system with extreme process control and monitoring to enable local production of algae - without an onsite microbiologist. It's all about repeatable and reliable processes that produce predicatably and deliver cost-competitve biomass that can accelerate biological processes. We also acknowledge that the burden of water scarcity is disproportionately carried by women and young girls across most societies. As a socially conscious corporation, we are committed to reducing this burden. To learn more, please, download our summary. We believe with the right team, the right (customer-focused) technology, and a keen focus on execution, we can deliver significant value to achieve what we refer to as our triple bottom line - delivering value to people, planet and profit.
